Next month sees the return of Harvest English Institute’s 11th Annual International Festival where students invite the community, family, and friends to join the institute for a day of culture, food, and diversity.
Students from across 35 countries are expected to attend the event held in Orlando.
Visitors to the festival can look forward to student presentations representing their home countries. Throughout the day, students will be sharing insights into their country’s culture, history, traditions and cuisine. There will also be opportunities to watch live dance performances, martial arts demonstrations, and much more.
The festival is sponsored by several universities from throughout the US, including the prestigious Full Sail University in Florida, specializing in degrees within the entertainment, media, arts, and technology industries.
This year Harvest’s International Festival is also a special opportunity to celebrate the institute’s 20th Anniversary. Since 1999, Harvest English Institute has been teaching English as a second language in the US to students from around the world. The institute’s achievements of 2019 make this year an amazing one to celebrate this momentous milestone in Harvest’s history.
As part of Harvest’s 20th Anniversary celebration, four scholarships are currently up for grabs and will be awarded to participating students who have submitted essays for consideration.
The lucky winners of the scholarships will be announced live at the festival.
“Once again our 11th Annual International Festival at Harvest English Institute is set to be a vibrant and fun event. We are also particularly excited to be celebrating our 20th Anniversary this year and look forward to announcing the winners of our four scholarships to some of our most talented and dedicated students.” – Jerry Docarmo, CEO
